We are called to help equip God’s people for the work of ministry to which He has called them. We long to see an empowered and mature force of Jesus followers raised up to bring Him glory in the nations. There is a great work to do, and we desperately need well prepared and humble servants to carry out the mission of redemption and making disciples. Almost everything we do involves some kind of equipping focus - as is evident in the ministry of Jesus and also that of Paul.
“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” (2 Timothy‬ ‭2:2‬)

Our equipping ministries are primarily based out of our work in Uganda. We mentor and disciple young ministers of the gospel who are engaging in the great work of making disciples. We also coach developing leader teams and help to train short-term missionaries and local outreach teams. Our heart in equipping is to see more and more people fluent in the gospel and skilled at making disciples, while at the same time being utterly dependent on the power of the Holy Spirit. We pray that God unleashes a vast throng of Jesus followers into the harvest fields of the world, who will proclaim the gospel, make disciples, care for the poor, and bring glory to Jesus around the world.
